The plan establishes a mixed-use center that provides high-quality open spaces and strengthens connectivity between established and developing districts, creating a vital link for regional movement.

Desert Community Development & Social Infrastructure

A residential expansion designed to accommodate local growth within an arid environment. The masterplan prioritizes long-term demographic needs by integrating high-quality educational facilities and public services tailored to the community's character. By balancing land-use efficiency with social infrastructure, the project establishes a sustainable living environment that responds to the unique climatic and cultural challenges of the desert landscape.

Mazkeret Batya

Mazkeret Batya

A transformation of an industrial zone into a vibrant urban district, blending commerce, employment, and micro-housing. The plan creates a walkable, bike-friendly fabric that connects the existing community to a major transit junction, leveraging its proximity to regional rail and road networks.

Bnei Ayish

A masterplan for a high-intensity employment district, designed as a sustainable extension of the existing urban fabric. The plan features mixed-use office buildings with active commercial frontages and a multi-modal transport network. The architectural guidelines prioritize green building standards and a seamless transition between private and public domains.
